Our History

Country Partners is a traditional, face to face, dating service from a different era and another place in time. Formed way back in 1983 when two country mums met outside the school gates as they picked up their children. They decided to begin a dating agency for farming and country folk.

The ladies involved were Heather Heber Percy and Geraldine Turner, and they launched Country Partners just outside the lovely market town of Ludlow, in Shropshire. Heather is still involved with Country Partners today, half a lifetime on from that starting point, almost four decades ago.
