Since that point due to our success and the demand for a face to face, traditional dating service, predominantly for country people has grown and we have been forced to spread our wings and cover the whole of mainland Great Britain. But we remain as Scotland’s largest and very own agency.
Today our database has grown, and we have the largest database of personally interviewed and carefully vetted people in the UK. On average we are changing up to 50 lives every week through successful matches.
What We Do
We have a large team of Matchmakers and it is their role to work with each individual client in their quest to find a compatible, high quality partner and ultimately true love. Our matchmaker will become ‘your friend in the dating business’ and guide and mentor you through the minefield that modern dating, particularly internet dating can become.
We also have a team of Membership Advisers in Zoe, Jenny and Tracey, who handle the initial enquiries we receive, which is typically around 100 every month. They are happy to spend time explaining what a traditional, face to face agency does and why our more personal service works so well. Our service is friendly, confidential and the ladies give their time very freely to potential clients, there is never any obligation or commitment to join. Our aim is always to put our potential clients in an informed position, where they understand the comprehensive nature of our service, how it works and what the costs are, so that they can then decide whether or not it’s for them.

The Matchmaking Process
If you do decide to join, then working with a matchmaker can be very helpful. They all know dating and the dating industry very well and can therefore guide each client through the process. They are on hand if a date has gone well and you are excitedly looking at moving forward but also on occasions when things haven’t been as successful as we had all hoped and you’d like to talk it through to ensure that we learn from it and get a more compatible match next time.
Every new client that we take on is personally interviewed, either in their own home for higher level memberships, at our office or via Zoom or Teams, to ensure we know everything we can about you and the type of partner you’d like to meet. Every client is also carefully vetted through our in-house authentication and verification system, to ensure that each and every new member we take on has been proven as totally genuine. They have had their ID and address checked out, whether or not they are genuinely single, that they are free from serious criminal convictions and also that they are solvent and don’t have bankruptcies or county court judgements lurking in the background.
